In a previous study, we found that this evaluation depends on the types of the cooperation. Specifically, schoolteachers positively evaluated coordination-type and corroboration-type of cooperation with Yogo teachers, however, they did not positively evaluate consultation-type cooperation. The purpose of the present study is to examine why the schoolteachers regarded the consultation-type cooperation with Yogo teacher as ineffective for supporting students who have difficulties. Using sample data from 349 Japanese elementary and junior high school teachers, multiple regression analyses predicted schoolteachers’ evaluation scores, which indicate whether the three types of cooperation provide effective support based on five variables (length of service, gender, school type, self-esteem, and their trust level toward their colleague teachers). The results indicated that 1) a high level of trust toward colleagues promotes the evaluation of all cooperation with Yogo teachers, and that 2) a high level of selfesteem has negative effects on schoolteachers’ evaluation of the consultation-type cooperation. Based on these findings, we discuss potential supports that could be used to bolster the possible relationships between schoolteachers and Yogo teachers.}, pages = {45--53}, title = {養護教諭とのコンサルテーション型連携に対する一般教諭の評価}, year = {2019}, yomi = {ハシモト, ヒロフミ and マエダ, カエデ and オオシタ, サト and サワダ, ヒデミ} }
